If you are starting your journey at improving your credit, know that you are doing so on your own volition, using my courses to assist you, without any solicitation from us.

Improving credit takes hard work and dedication. The Financial ER and Rise, A Credit Building Journey, are intended to guide you through this process, sharing my story and strategies. However, we make no guarantees about your ability to achieve results, improve your credit, or gain credit approvals.

You should perform your own due diligence, with the help of professional experts, before making any purchase from us. By interacting with this site and our related companies, you agree that you are fully responsible for your investments and purchases and release The Financial ER from any claims of illegality.

FURTHER NOTICE TO ALL CUSTOMERS/USERS

The Financial ER does not act as a post-secondary school and offers no educational state credits or state-authorized degrees that could be used for post-secondary school benefits or alternatives.

REFUND POLICY

For some products, we offer a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel within the trial period, you will be charged on the 8th day. To avoid charges, you must cancel before the trial period ends. If you do not cancel and are charged, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Trial Purchases: If you are unsatisfied with any courses you paid for without a trial, you are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of the purchase, upon written notice and an explanation of your desire for a refund.

You are a customer or licensee only. We do not provide any fringe benefits, insurance, vacation, or otherwise upon your becoming a member. All your family, staff employees, and associates shall be bound to the same terms as you under this agreement.

Non-Compete

You cannot compete with our business model or use our materials to train others for profit for 2 years after becoming a member. Violation of this term allows us to seek restraining orders to stop such competing actions.

Enforcement

Should we need to enforce any breach of these terms, we will be entitled to recovery of reasonable attorney's fees and court costs.

Consent

Upon purchasing a course, you consent to receive emails about content updates, promotions, and newsletters. Your email address may be used to find new prospective customers with similar likes and interests through "look-a-like" audience tools on social media.

Bonuses

Bonuses are to be used during active paid membership and are not considered lifetime benefits.

Promotions (Subject to Change)

Promotions may not be combined with other discounts and are subject to change without notice. Eligibility and entry methods are outlined in our terms, and participants must sign up through designated processes during promotional periods to be eligible for special pricing.
